There was a power-break just before I wanted to switch off the gear. Everything went down only the laptop kept it on battery. I’m playing with an RTL-SDR dongle lately I had the idea to try how does the city sound like with no man-made noise at all.
There is quite a difference… In according to HDSDR signal strength scale there is ~20dB lower noise floor compared to the “normal digital jam” when I can hear all the routers, switching power supplies, etc. too well. It is well visible that how many signals are hidden in the noise when the households are splattering.
