The best way to start a contest… with an hour break right away… 🙂 End of a big thunderstorm took well into the contest and due to huge lightning strikes did not risk to turn on, therefore missed the best hour.
Geo storm aftermath made the first hours a struggle, but the rest was great. The JA stream 2 hours before the end was a thrill with huge signals, never had similar at my home stn.
The band closed fully for me at 23UT.
